Tessie Jones is a native of West Fargo, North Dakota and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography and a minor in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.   She has also self-published two books of her work, including North Dakota landscapes compiled through her year of service as Miss North Dakota 2009. Tessie works primarily in portraiture. 

Now living in the Minneapolis area, Tessie works as a graphic designer, print professional, and photographer, and is the official photographer for several different organizations, including Miss North Dakota and Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen.
